I'm Braedon Holt, founder and lead engineer at Mailflow Authority. I'm an outbound email infrastructure engineer based in Portland, Oregon.

I spent my career in infrastructure technology at a Fortune 5 company — the kind of environment where systems are monitored, redundant, and built to stay up no matter what. Email infrastructure run any other way looks reckless to me, and most outbound email infrastructure is run another way.

Today I design, build, and protect the sending systems behind B2B outbound: the secondary domains, mailbox fleets, authentication, warmup orchestration, and monitoring underneath SDR teams and AI agents sending on Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, and Clay. I've configured authentication for hundreds of domains, recovered blocklisted senders in days, and built warmup and monitoring systems that let teams scale from zero to five figures of daily sends without burning the domains they run on.

It's not theory — this infrastructure runs live revenue operations. Alongside client work, I run the outbound and email infrastructure behind higher-ed enrollment marketing at CS Enrollment, where deliverability failures show up as empty classrooms, not just dashboards.

What I Actually Do

Most "deliverability consultants" will tell you to clean your list and warm up slower. That's not engineering. That's a checklist.

I work at the infrastructure level: domain architecture and isolation, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mailbox provisioning math, warmup schedules mailbox providers actually trust, sequencer configuration, reputation monitoring, and incident response. And increasingly: keeping AI-generated email out of spam, because Gmail and Microsoft are getting very good at spotting machine-written sequences at scale.
